Serving Suggestion
1. Rinse: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. For Lion's Mane, squeeze and rinse several times to remove any natural bitterness.
2. Soak: Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 30–60 minutes until softened. The filtered soaking water from Agaricus can be added to the pot for extra umami.
3. Prepare Proteins: Recommended to add old chicken, pork ribs, or lean meat (blanch before cooking). For vegetarians, burdock root, carrots, or sweet corn are excellent alternatives.
