成份:牛肝菌、乾螺片、茨實、准山、無花果乾、雪蓮子

攻效:清熱潤肺 健脾補虛

烹調方法:
1. 先用清水沖洗牛肝菌,然後浸泡約15分鐘,再用清水洗淨備用(浸菌水留起備用)
2. 螺片、瘦肉洗淨汆水備用
3. 其他材料清水洗淨備用
4. 將所有材料放入煲內,加入清水大約3公升,水滾轉慢火煲1.5小時,落鹽即可
