Introduction :
Pu’er Tea, made from Yunnan large‑leaf sun‑dried green tea through wet‑piling fermentation, delivers a deep red liquor with mellow, smooth taste and lingering sweetness, ideal for both daily enjoyment and collection.
Brewing Method :
• Tea amount: Use 3–5g of Pu’er tea leaves in a teapot or gaiwan.
• Water temperature: Brew with boiling water at 95–100°C.
• Steeping time: First infusion 10–20 seconds, then gradually extend to 30–60 seconds.
• Multiple infusions: Can be steeped 6–8 times, flavor becomes richer with each brew.
• Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed in the morning or after meals to refresh, aid digestion, and reduce fat.
