Unlike common chrysanthemums, Snow Chrysanthemum produces a liquor as rich and clear as fine red wine. Caffeine-free yet revitalizing, it is the perfect companion for a refreshing work break or a post-meal palate cleanser.

Serving Suggestion

1. Amount: Place 5–8 flowers into a cup or teapot.

2. Brewing: Use hot water (above 90°C). A quick initial rinse is recommended to remove surface dust.

3. Steeping: Steep for 1–2 minutes until the tea transforms into a magnificent amber color.

4. Pairing: Enjoyed plain or with Goji berries for added nourishment. Rock sugar can be added for extra sweetness. Can be re-steeped multiple times until the flavor fades.
