Serving Suggestion
1. Thaw: Thaw naturally in the refrigerator and pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Pan-Seared: Season with sea salt and black pepper. Pan-fry in olive oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
3. Steaming: Garnish with ginger and scallions, steam over high heat for 6–8 minutes to retain its natural umami and tenderness.
