Bukit Tinggi in Bentong, Malaysia is renowned for its premium “Bentong Ginger,” prized for its exceptional quality and limited yield, earning the title “King of Ginger.” Thanks to William, our son in law and Malaysian Chinese, we were able to communicate with local farmers and witness the cultivation and harvest firsthand, realizing that growing Bentong ginger demands far stricter standards than ordinary varieties. With its high gingerol content, Bentong ginger delivers an intense profile — spicy, aromatic, fragrant, and pungent all at once.

Serving Suggestion

1. Dissolve ginger tea granules in about 200 ml of boiling water.

2. Add honey or lemon to taste, enjoy hot or cold.

3. Recommended 1–2 cups daily to warm the stomach and dispel cold.

4. Can also be used to cook glutinous rice balls , adding fragrance and warmth.
