Brewing Method
One tea cake can be steeped multiple times with 150 ml boiling water, serving 2–4 people. First infusion: Steep for about 45 seconds. Second to fifth infusions:Quick rinse and serve immediately. Subsequent infusions: Steep for 1–2 minutes, adjust to taste.
