Serving Suggestion

1. Mixed Vegetable Soup: Bring the fish broth sachet and water to a boil in a large pot or clay pot. Add baby Napa cabbage and cook until slightly tender; then add the fried fish tofu and glass noodles, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

2. Hot Pot Ingredient: Simply blanch in boiling broth or hot pot until cooked through.

3. Home-style Cooking: Suitable for rice noodle dishes, stir-fries, or "pao fan" (rice in broth).
