Serving Suggestion

1. Rinse: Gently rinse with clean water to remove any surface dust.

2. Soak: Soak in cold water for 15–20 minutes to slightly soften the roots.

3. Cook: Best paired with Radix Glehniae (Shashen), Lily Bulbs, Duck, or Lean Pork for savory soups (e.g., Glehnia and Polygonatum Soup). It is also excellent for sweet desserts with Snow Fungus.
