Introduction

Yunnan Biluochun is a green tea variant made in Yunnan using Biluochun techniques; it keeps the tightly coiled shape and floral fruity aroma, but due to soil and cultivar differences the scent leans more toward fruity or chestnut notes, with a refreshing, sweet aftertaste—ideal for lovers of light, fresh green tea.

Brewing Method

• Tea amount: Use 3–5g of tea leaves.

• Water temperature: Brew with hot water at 80–85°C to preserve the delicate aroma.

• Brewing method: Recommended “Top Pour Method” (pour water first, then add tea leaves). The leaves sink slowly, releasing fragrance naturally.

• Steeping time: First infusion 10–20 seconds, then gradually extend to 30–60 seconds.

• Multiple infusions: Can be brewed 3–5 times, with flavor becoming lighter and more elegant.

• Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed in the morning or afternoon for a refreshing, energizing taste with lasting sweetness.
