Unlike traditional high-temperature roasted dark monk fruits, this low-temperature technique locks in the fruit's natural sweetness and vitamins. The infusion yields a translucent amber-gold liquor with a mellow, sweet flavor and natural aroma. It is a perfect daily tonic for soothing the throat and promoting wellness.

Serving Suggestion

1. Rinse: Gently wipe or rinse the outer shell.

2. Crush: Crack open the shell and break the fruit into pieces (both the shell and pulp can be used to add flavor to the tea).

3. Brew/Cook:

Simple Tea: Place an appropriate amount in a mug or thermos and pour boiling water. Steep for 10–15 minutes. Can be re-steeped multiple times until the flavor fades.
