Return Policy

If you discover that the products you received are damaged or do not match your order, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt. Send the following information to jsgarden@luenkee.com, and our Js Garden customer service manager will be in touch.

1. Order Number

2. Product Code and Name

3. Reason for Return (Please provide clear details with photos attached; attachments must not exceed 10MB)


Returned products must be packaged intact. If the returned product has any defects or is expired, Js Garden will not process the return.


If J’s Garden approves your return/exchange request, we will arrange replacement products and deliver them within 3-4 business days. We will retrieve the returned products when the replacement items are delivered. If you have a new order, it will be shipped together with the replacement.
