Free shipping covers Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories. (Including commercial and residential areas)
Lantau Island and Outlying Islands do not offer shipping services. Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay will incur an additional $100 fee.
The following locations do not offer shipping services: warehouses, construction sites, country parks, beaches, restricted areas, MTR stations, locations unreachable by vehicles, and buildings without elevators.
(3) Shipping Arrangement
Customers will receive products 2-3 business days after completing their purchase.
During Typhoon Signal 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning periods, shipping will be delayed. Related orders will be contacted by our team for rearrangement after the warning is lifted.
(4) Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please call 2548 7111 to contact our staff two business days before the scheduled delivery date.
